MISSION

SMC Computer Support, which aims to develop, produce and market maintenance and repair of equipment with good quality to exceed customer expectations, working fairly and professionally with our expertise to provide a better development of our capabilities and do a good job.

VISION

By 2014 SMC Computers aims to produce the best company, based on total communication and teamwork with customers, this will give us a unique difference that identifies us and make us more competitive again, reaching and maintaining a market leadership.

GENERAL PURPOSE


Apply the knowledge we have gained different technical systems as offering excellent quality service to solve, prevent and care for a computer successfully and so that our customers are satisfied with our performance.
 

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

~ Make the computer preventive maintenance every six months, to avoid the consequences of making equipment failures prevent incidents before they occur.

~ Clean up the equipment every three months, in order to keep your computer clean and prevent unwanted problems in the computer.

~ Perform corrective maintenance to the computer to locate faults and defects and thus fix and repair to ensure the proper operation of the equipment.

~ Perform predictive maintenance team to determine the status of this, and make decisions before the failure occurs.
